Glycemic Pathway ("the Service") is an educational simulator for practicing diabetes-management guideline reasoning, operated by Glycemic Pathway ("we", "us"). The Service is for medical education and training only. See the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Service is intended for medical residents, fellows, and other trainees or clinicians using it for educational purposes. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid access is billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
You agree not to use the Service to make, or to represent that the Service makes, decisions about the care of an actual patient; to attempt to circumvent access controls; or to resell or redistribute access without our written permission.
The Service, including its content, scenarios, and underlying software, is owned by Glycemic Pathway and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended educational purpose.
The Service is provided for education only and is not clinically validated — see the Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any use of the Service in connection with actual patient care, which is expressly prohibited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
